Some 850 smallholder farmers who farm using organic processes, deliver tiny amounts of mixed varietal cherries daily to this new wet mill in Shakiso. This mill uses impeccable drying processes for natural coffees and this season we’ve been mightily impressed by the incredible funky fruit flavours coming through in their naturals. We hope you enjoy this one as much as we do!
