This coffee, grown on the slopes of the Acatenango volcano is from a cooperative established in 1967 by 24 members who wanted to try and get a better price for their coffee.
Two years later, these guys have pioneered new cooperatives and helped raise both the quality of the coffee across this area, and the price paid for it. We’ve found Acatenango to be delicious as an espresso based coffee.

Our packaging is fully compostable and features imagery by local Belfast Artist, Glenn Kennedy.
