Epiphanie and her son Samuel are very forward thinking in their coffee farming and processing techniques. They also own the washing station at Remera to which other farmers bring their cherries by bicycle or on foot. With their coffee increasing in notoriety, they've been able to invest in better drying facilities and are really leading the way in Rwanda in terms of farming infrastructure and social development
