Welcome to Saints & Scholars v4.
This time, our seasonal blend has its foundations provided by a naturally processed Brazilian Daterra. We were thrilled to partner with this project owing to the quality of the coffee they have provided and the shared commitment to a triple bottom line approach of “social, environmental and economic”. Over time, they have slowly invested and innovated to be able to bring you this fantastic coffee from Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro.

The bourbon from El Salvador brings a real elegance to the final cup. Grown by the Urrutia family on their farm in Western El Salvador’s Alpaneca region which dates back to the 1870’s, they have since been champions in protecting biodiversity and workers rights.

Allied to these coffees is a delicious Kenyan coffee from a co-op of some 1000 smallholder farmers and processed at the well-known Thunguri wet mill. Bursting with blackcurrant, citric honey and forest fruits, the Kenyan coffee brings some lovely top notes to the deep bassy chocolate and nutty tones of the Brazil and El Salvador fusion.

Our packaging is fully compostable and features imagery by local Belfast Artist, Glenn Kennedy.
