El Mirador is from a village called El Diamante in the San Ignacio region of Peru. A naturally processed micro-lot of Yellow Caturra from Celestine Rodriguez’ small farm of 2 hectares located at 1850 metres above sea level. She and her family put in an enormous amount of effort to harvest this small crop and then pulp, ferment and finally dry the coffee on tarps on the ground. The result is a delicious candy-like cup with notes of berries, pineapple and with a silky mouthfeel.
