Gahizi, Rwanda (170g)

£9.50

Process: Washed
Notes: Fresh Orange & Lemon Drops

This coffee is comprised of cherries from Aime’s own farm. This is the second year he’s separated his own cherry from those he processed on behalf of others. He started his washing station in 2006 in Western Rwanda and has been committed to producing incredibly high scoring quality coffees since. In spite of the early struggles to maintain some profitability, they are now successfully operating and continuing to reinvest in their operation.

Expect beautiful structure from this coffee, with tea-like qualities and fresh notes of orange and lemon. We love this coffee year in, year out and are only too happy to bring it to you again.
