From the San Ignacio region in Peru, El Mirador is produced by Celestine Rodriguez and her family on their small 2 hectare farm. Discipline and conscientiousness are distinct descriptors for how they farm and since it’s in such small quantities, they have both the time and energy to ensure that the quality remains extremely high.
Some of you will have already tried this wonderful coffee as we’re re-releasing it, but the delicious notes of sweet berries and candied pineapple are as present as ever.
