Located near Nyeri, Muranga offers perfect coffee growing conditions with high elevations, cool temperatures, good water supply and abundant sunshine. The Muranga farm and mill is serviced by fresh water coming down from Mount Kenya and the terroir makes for wonderful high scoring coffees.

This coffee is processed in the traditional washed method with the addition of a flotation process immediately after harvest to ensure that any immature cherries do not make the cut. As you’d expect from a SL28 and 34 varietals, this is a juicy blackcurrant coffee on filter with crisp notes of white grape.
