Freshly harvested cherries are sealed in 145kg barrels for four days before being transferred to raised drying beds, where they're turned regularly to ensure slow, even drying. The result is a coffee with vivid fruit character, layered sweetness and exceptional clarity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFounded in 2016, Agri Evolve was established to unlock the potential of coffee grown throughout the region. While local farmers were producing exceptional cherries, limited access to quality processing and low prices from middlemen meant much of that potential went unrealised.
