Process: Washed
Notes: Bergamot, Jasmine, Apricot
Tinshe Guye’s microlot coffee is extremely complex and floral. There is no doubt that we all, at the roastery, favour washed Ethiopian coffees and weren’t disappointed with this one. Shaded by Acacia and African Teak trees, Diga and Wolishe varietals are grown on Tinshe’s small landholding before being taken to the local washing station for processing. It exhibits all the floral tones you expect from Yirgacheffe coffees, with bergamot, jasmine and apricot being the most easily identifiable notes. Brew this on filter, allow it to cool for a few minutes and you’ll not be disappointed.
