Our best core coffee ever. This years core coffee from our long term partner, Ana Maria in Brazil, cupped outstandingly when samples first landed with us at the end of last summer and is now pouring and tasting incredible.
Having her wonderful coffee for 3 consecutive years builds on our flourishing relationship and we are delighted to be roasting her coffee again for 2026.
This years coffee is the highest scoring coffee she has supplied to date and its clear Ana's continuing investment in her farm is paying dividend in the cup quality of her coffees.
Ana Maria 2026 has beautiful milk chocolate & caramel sweetness and this year brings a rich, buttery, and subtly sweet pecan undertone, with deep nutty notes; almost creamy and slightly savoury.
It makes the perfect base for flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes but equally as delicious straight up as an espresso or a slightly longer black.
