Luis Paguaga’s Finca Buena Vista is from a small farm in Nicaragua’s Dipilito. He teamed up in collaboration with a famous Nicaraguan coffee family and brought a combination of science and art on this coffee’s processing. A natural processed coffee with extended anaerobic cherry fermentation, this coffee has notes of mulled wine, cherry and chocolate orange.
