Process: 120 hour Anaerobic Natural
Notes: Cranberry, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Amaretto
Edwin Zambrano’s Bella Vista farm in Colombia’s most prized coffee growing region - Huila - has produced a truly stunning & extremely high scoring coffee. Dried for 20 days on shaded raised beds before 120 hours of anaerobic fermentation, then stored in sealed bags for 60 days and finally processed, the notes of cranberry, dark chocolate ganache and amoretto are all there when you take the wrapper off.
Buena Vista, Nicaragua
Process: Extended Fermentation Natural
Notes: Mulled Wine, Cherry, Chocolate Orange
Luis Paguaga’s Finca Buena Vista is from a small farm in Nicaragua’s Dipilito. He teamed up in collaboration with a famous Nicaraguan coffee family and brought a combination of science and art on this coffee’s processing. Another natural with extended anaerobic cherry fermentation, this coffee will gift you notes of mulled wine, cherry and chocolate orange.
